It's a pool of paid leave hours used for personal errands or short absences, on top of ferie. The exact entitlement depends on your CCNL and seniority.
Permessi let you handle medical visits, school meetings, or paperwork without using full ferie days. Most pay slips track them with their own counter.
"To attend her son's parent-teacher meeting in Imola, Bao used 2 hours of permessi ROL. The hours came off the running counter at the bottom of his pay slip."
Permessi don't always roll over forever. Some CCNLs cap how long they can sit unused before they're lost or paid out.
